Are you a peanut butter lover like I am? Seriously, peanut butter is one of my all time favorite standby foods. I can eat by itself or on just about anything. It could literally be its own food group in my opinion.
As someone who has dealt with several food allergies, it is one food that has never let me down. Luckily, I haven’t become allergic to it yet *knocks on wood*.
If you too are a peanut butter lover, then I have a recipe for you! These bars combine the buttery brown sugar goodness of a blondie and the rich peanut butter taste of a classic peanut butter cookie.
And if that’s not enough, heaping amounts of peanut butter chips, Reese’s Pieces, and peanut butter cups are baked throughout. They are a match made in peanut butter heaven. These bars are have a warm and soft center, which make them perfect for topping with a scoop of ice cream. They are a definite crowd pleaser, and will travel exceptionally well.
I hope you all enjoy these and that you have a wonderful Thanksgiving! Enjoy!
