Salted Caramel Rice Krispie Treats

oatmeal cookies-13

Are you a fan of sweet n’ savory food? I personally am. I pretty much hopped on the salted caramel bandwagon right when it started. And I can honestly say that I haven’t met a salted caramel treat that I didn’t like. There is just something about the added salt that just brings out the rich buttery caramel flavor. It has a way to my heart.

I’m so happy to bring you one of my new favorite recipes of all time. Sometimes I just throw things together and see if it tastes good. This one was one of those times and it certainly paid off. If you’re a fan of salted caramel then you should definitely this recipe a try. I can pretty much guarantee that regular rice krispie treats just won’t cut it anymore!
