When I was little, I used to think there were actual pink lemons that you made pink lemonade with. Hence why pink lemonade always better than regular lemonade, or so I thought! I was so shocked to find out it was just food coloring that made it pink. These cupcakes can be made with a regular lemon cake mix, but I found a pink lemonade mix, so obviously, that was the choice to be made. These cupcakes are so easy to make it’s almost funny.
